Therapy that’s tender, tough, and totally on your side.
You’re not here to be “fixed.” You’re here to feel seen, supported, and finally get somewhere. I work with people who’ve done the work…just not with the right person yet.
This ain’t your
first rodeo.
AND YOU’RE NOT LOOKING FOR
SURFACE LEVEL SUPPORT.
You’ve done therapy. Maybe a lot of it. You’re insightful, self-aware, and people probably think you’re doing fine. But inside? You’re exhausted. Not broken, not hopeless, just ready for something deeper.
You’re not afraid
of doing the work*.
YOU ARE DONE WITH
DOING IT ALONE. I GOT YOU.
You want a therapist who won’t just nod and take notes. You want someone who shows up beside you and invites you to show up for yourself. Someone who will challenge you with care and celebrate your growth every step of the way.
Doing the work* defined.
WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO “DO THE WORK” IN THERAPY?
Reflecting on the thoughts and feelings our sessions bring up, both during and between sessions
Making changes in your life to support the work (your body needs tending, for one)
Being open to making a commitment to staying alive
Bringing up questions or concerns about our work
Listening to podcasts, reading books, or exploring material related to our work
Practicing the skills we go over in between sessions
Tolerating the discomfort of new ideas and new practices

HOW I WORK WITH PEOPLE
Hard work, deep healing, and a therapist who walks beside you.
I typically work with people who have tried a lot of therapy and gotten some results, but not what you’re hoping for. Or who have been looking for a therapist who can hold all the parts of your identity and sort out personality, neurodivergence, trauma, and the impacts of systems you live in (to name a few factors).
I will ask you to do hard things (but nothing that I haven’t done myself). I’m a triple Capricorn and I work hard: I do a LOT of training, consultation, reading, and reflecting about my work generally and each client, specifically, and I expect my clients to work hard, too. Therapy with me is not about passively “receiving healing” once a week. You are worth your effort, and I will celebrate every step you take.
Deep and lasting change tends to be a longer-term process, but that doesn’t mean we wait to feel better. I have a lot of skills to help improve your life now, while we work toward deeper healing. There’s seriousness in this work, but also joy. My clients and I laugh a lot together. At times I am as fierce as Gandalf in helping you confront the Balrogs that plague you, but generally I am more of a Samwise Gamgee: walking beside you, helping you carry your burdens until the task is done, and calling you back to yourself. If I could send you a pan of potatoes along the way, I would.
Dialectical Behavioral Therapy
DBT is the most powerful framework I’ve found for helping people feel their lives are not just manageable, but meaningful and full of moments of joy. If you’ve ever felt like you missed the day they handed out the manual for “how to do this life thing,” DBT is that secret book. Structured and practical, but also flexible enough to help you build a life worth living—as defined by you.
Some clients benefit from starting with an intensive focus on DBT skills. Others may have these tools woven in more subtly as we work. Either way, DBT helps us move from surviving to thriving.
Trauma Processing
Talking about what happened is only one piece of trauma therapy. The deeper work (the healing work) often involves exposure to the memory itself. I’ve trained extensively in EMDR, Narrative Exposure Therapy (NET), and Mentalization-Based NET (MBNET), which are all evidence-based, body-inclusive approaches to trauma.
In our work together, I’m not sending you off into the dark alone. I’ll be right beside you, visualizing the memories as vividly as I ask you to do. We face the hard things together. And we move through them together.
HOW I WORK WITH PEOPLE
You deserve support that sees all of you.
This is a space for people who’ve never quite fit the mold. People who’ve been told they’re too much, too sensitive, too complicated, or have been missed entirely.
I work with:
Neurodivergent adults and teens navigating identity, overwhelm, burnout, and masking fatigue
Teens and families needing support that respects both brilliance and struggle
People impacted by trauma, including those who’ve tried other approaches and are still searching for relief
Whether you’re formally diagnosed or just suspect the labels don’t capture your lived experience, we’ll work together to create space for your full self.
You might be a perfect fit if…
IN OTHER WORDS, YOU’RE MORE LIKELY TO LOVE IT HERE IF…
You’ve done a lot of therapy already and want a space that goes deeper
You’re analytical, emotionally aware, and still feel like something’s stuck
You’re navigating trauma, neurodivergence, identity, and systems—and want someone who can hold all of that
You’re the kind of person who reads the book and listens to the podcast
You’re tired of surface-level support and want a therapist who isn’t afraid of the hard stuff
You want a space that’s serious about healing but still lets you laugh
You don’t need a savior—you need a sharp, compassionate co-pilot
